Spain - Español Charge pending Ecommerce orders with a payment link
From Ecommerce Pro > View Orders, you can generate an EcartPay payment link to charge a manual order that is still pending. The system takes the order total, creates the link, and allows you to copy it, download a QR code, or share it via WhatsApp, email, and social media. You can also send an invoice with your business branding to the buyer's email address. Once the payment is completed, the order is automatically marked as paid. This is useful when you sell outside your store, close an order over chat, or need to collect payment before generating the shipping label.

Note
You need to have EcartPay connected. This applies only to pending manual orders in MXN or USD, for example Mexico or dollar-based operations. Products in the order must have a defined price.
