From the identity verification section, you complete the entire process within the platform without any additional windows opening or being redirected to an external site. Choose between personal verification, using your official ID and a liveness check, or business account verification, requiring articles of incorporation, proof of address, a notarised power of attorney for the legal representative, and a tax status certificate. A side panel shows the status of each step in real time: pending, under review, rejected, or approved. Once all steps are approved, the Verified badge appears next to your company name in Envia.
