Accept the terms of the carrier that will move your shipment
You can accept the terms of the carrier that will move the package when generating a shipping label, whether from a single shipment, Bulk Shipments, or an Ecommerce batch. This step is mandatory: the label is issued under that carrier's contract, and not under a generic Envia term. The notice indicates which carrier is involved. If the batch uses more than one carrier, you may select each one or all of them, and the label is created only once you have accepted the applicable terms. The system stores your acceptance per carrier for three months. This way, the first time you use Estafeta, FedEx, or another carrier, or when a batch combines two, you know under which rules your shipment travels and retain a record in case of a claim.
Benefits
- You can choose to accept only that carrier or all the carriers in the batch, and see whose terms apply.
- For three months, the system will not ask you for that carrier's terms again.
- Accepting Estafeta does not cover FedEx. Each acceptance is recorded in case of loss or damage.
Note
If you close without accepting, the label will not be generated. After three months, you will be asked to accept that carrier's terms again.
