Confirm your shipment was delivered with the Coordinadora proof of delivery
When a customer says they didn't receive their package and you have no way to prove it, the situation gets complicated. The proof of delivery (POD) is the document that confirms the package arrived: it can include the recipient's signature, a photograph or the carrier's confirmation. Now you can check it directly from My Shipments for your shipments delivered with Coordinadora.

This feature is available for shipments in Colombia with Coordinadora that have Delivered status. It does not apply to all service types or all delivery dates.
