In store settings you can send unpaid orders to the warehouse. WMS receives them on hold and asks for confirmation before releasing.
Benefits
- You choose per store whether unpaid orders enter the warehouse.
- The warehouse sees them on hold and does not process them by mistake.
- You release the order once payment is confirmed.
Note
The unpaid-order hold reason cannot be edited; you reactivate with confirmation.
