Check your tickets in two separate tabs: Active and Resolved

The Tickets section is now divided into two tabs: Active and Resolved. Each has its own filters and pagination, so you can focus on the cases that still need follow-up without the closed history filling up your view. When you need to review a resolved case, you will find it in its tab, organized and separate from what is still open.
Benefits
- CSV export respects the active tab: download only tickets from the group you care about, without extra data
- You respond faster to active tickets because your view is no longer contaminated with history
- Consult the history of resolved cases when you need it, organized and separated from what is still open
Note
Nothing disappeared. All your tickets are still there, the pending ones in the Active tab and the closed ones in Resolved. No cases were deleted or modified.
