Request your credit line and track each document from the platform
From Settings → My Company, you can start your credit line request and submit the required documents without leaving the platform. The system verifies your eligibility and shows you exactly which documents you need based on your country and account type, whether you are an individual or a business. Once your request is submitted, you can view the status of each document individually (pending, approved, or rejected). If a document is rejected, the review team will indicate the reason and you can resubmit it from the same portal without needing to open a new ticket.
