If your business was set up on or after 10 September 2026, you can claim a courtesy credit worth $10 USD by connecting Ecommerce Pro. The credit is added to your Envia balance and the amount is shown in your account's currency. Complete your business verification, connect a store that Envia hasn't seen before, and register at least one Ecommerce Pro order. Once those three steps are done, the account admin claims the credit and Envia deposits it as a courtesy top-up. That way you cover your first shipping labels as soon as the order arrives, without topping up from another payment method.
