Spain - EspaƱol Prevent customs holds on U.S. shipments over 2,500 USD with the ITN/AES number
When you create a label for a shipment leaving the U.S., you can paste the export number (ITN/AES) so customs doesn't hold the shipment. The field only appears when the declared value exceeds 2,500 USD and the carrier requires it: at 2,500 USD or less, you won't see it. You get this number from the U.S. export filing (AESDirect): it starts with X followed by 14 digits. Envia marks it as required, sends it with the label, and prints it on the commercial invoice. Use it for catalog or one-off shipments when the contents exceed that threshold.

Envia doesn't file the export with U.S. customs or generate this number. If the origin isn't the United States or the value is 2,500 USD or less, the field doesn't appear.
