Attach the documents customs requires without leaving the platform
Some international shipments require additional documents when clearing customs: a certificate of origin, a proforma invoice or another. Previously you had to send them separately to the carrier or follow a process outside Envia. Now you can attach them directly from the platform: when generating the shipment or from My Shipments once the shipment already exists.

Benefits

  • Attach the documents customs requires directly from Envia, without external processes or sending them separately to the carrier
  • The platform shows only the documents accepted by the carrier you are using, so you don't waste time uploading files that don't apply
  • If you need to add a document after creating the shipment, you can do so from My Shipments without repeating the entire process

Note

This option is available when generating an international shipment and also from the three-dot menu in My Shipments. The types of documents available depend on the carrier selected.
